Description
Our authentically rendered replica of Osiris, Egyptian god of the underworld, was one of the most important gods in ancient Egypt. Considered to be the god of the afterlife, fertility, and agriculture, the two plumes along his crown represented the ostrich feathers, which were said to symbolize truth and justice. He is holding in his hands a crook and flail, symbols of his power over agriculture and the land. Standing atop a hieroglyph-adorned mount, our dramatic statue is cast in designer resin and hand-painted. Our Design Toscano-exclusive figurine is a treasured work of Egyptian art and makes a great gift for those who love Egyptology!
